Also, we’re doing a 2 week trial at a local gym that has a nursery for Quinn.
I’m excited to get into a gym setting and have the support of trainers to help me get myself unjiggly.
We’ve been cooking healthy meals and walking as much as possible.
I’m ready to get myself in amazing shape. I’ve come to realize that half-assed tracking and working out sometimes isn’t going to hack it.
I’m hitting the gym in the morning. Pray for my achy, unused muscles.
